We aimed to create a barbell that lets us reverse-grip bench pain free and then we decided to throw in another set of handles for more muscle-fiber destruction! What we ended up with was a bar that provided a GREAT angle for standard benching that is easy on your wrist but heavy on your muscles. Regular benching, reverse grip benching, tricep extensions, close grip benching, semi-supinated rows..even multiple styles of bicep curls… the possibilities with this bar are endless.
