Titan Fitness high quality double end ball made from leather which is lined inside to give it extra strength. The ball comes with heavy-duty bungee cord adjustable up to 48 inches in height.
Can be used with bare hands, bag gloves, or with hand wraps. The ball has a rubber bladder inside which is inflated using a football pump.
