The Grid X Foam Roller doubles the firmness of Trigger Point’s standard Grid roller, giving athletes an additional mobility tool for deep, precisely targeted compression. Made from a lightweight but durable EVA foam, the Grid X can support up to 550lbs / 250kg of weight and will maintain its shape better than most traditional foam rollers on the market.
